About OptimaYield
Bank intelligence should be inspectable, not mysterious.
OptimaYield turns fragmented public bank filings into a coherent research experience while keeping the source, period, entity, and limitations attached to every material claim.
Clarity over complexity
Regulatory data is technical. The interface should explain it without hiding definitions, units, or uncertainty.
Evidence over authority
Users should be able to inspect the official record and reproduce the path from source field to published metric.
Research over ratings
OptimaYield supports investigation. It does not issue supervisory grades, investment recommendations, or confidential assessments.
Why we exist
Public information deserves a better research layer.
Call Reports, FR Y-9C filings, SEC disclosures, ownership records, branch data, and regulatory actions answer important questions—but they live in different systems, use different identifiers, and change on different schedules. OptimaYield connects those records without pretending they are interchangeable.
The first public release focuses on US insured institutions with at least $1 billion in reported assets. Public research is free during the founding year so analysts, bankers, advisors, vendors, journalists, and students can test the product and challenge the data.
What we are building
A defensible bank-research workflow.
Start with an institution, compare it with a disclosed cohort, inspect ten-year regulatory trends where available, examine portfolio and funding composition, and follow important figures back to official evidence.
