Data we process

Public pages may process IP address, request time, requested path, response status, latency, user agent, and a random request identifier for security and reliability. We do not sell personal information or use cross-site advertising trackers.

Aggregate product analytics

OptimaYield records daily aggregate counts for search success or empty results, profile views, completed compare or screen states, official-source links, client errors, and page performance. It does not set analytics cookies or store raw searches, institution-level browsing history, advertising identifiers, or cross-site behavior.

Corrections and feedback

Structured corrections collect the supplied institution, disputed page/value, evidence, name, email, and relationship so the request can be investigated and audited. General feedback may include a route, screenshot URL, and optional reply email. Public correction status never exposes submitter contact details or private reviewer notes.

Retention and providers

Application and security logs are retained for 30 days; documented incidents may be retained for up to one year. Correction audit records are retained while the affected data remains published. Vercel and Neon process infrastructure data on OptimaYield's behalf.
