Permitted use

You may use OptimaYield for lawful research and evaluation. Do not evade rate limits, disrupt the service, misrepresent output, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to make automated adverse decisions about a person.

No professional advice

OptimaYield provides research software, not legal, investment, accounting, credit, supervisory, or regulatory advice. Verify material conclusions against the cited official filing and consult qualified professionals.

Availability and changes

Features labeled planned, candidate, unavailable, cached, or preview are not service commitments. Access may be restricted to protect users, sources, or infrastructure.

History and Professional subscriptions

When checkout is available, the displayed price is $50 per month for History or $200 per month for Professional for the selected workspace; annual billing is 30% off the twelve-month total. The plan renews at the end of each billing period until its owner or administrator cancels it in the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues through the paid period. A payment failure can suspend paid features. Founding access is not converted to a paid subscription without an affirmative checkout.

Billing questions and refunds

Use the billing portal to cancel a subscription and contact OptimaYield for a billing error, duplicate charge, undelivered service or refund request. Refunds and credits are reviewed against the applicable order and law; a cancellation does not automatically refund a completed billing period. We do not collect card numbers on OptimaYield pages.

Government-source material

Underlying public records remain subject to their source terms. OptimaYield's software, definitions, organization, and derived presentation may have separate rights.
