Data corrections
Use the institution challenge workflow for disputed facts, identity links, or calculated metrics instead — it gets a durable audit trail this form doesn't.
Security reports
Email security@optimayield.com directly with the subject "OptimaYield security report." Our security.txt lists the same contact. Describe the affected route and observed behavior without accessing or retaining other users' data.
Response expectations
OptimaYield is an early release without a contractual support SLA. We prioritize security, data integrity, accessibility, and published correction requests.
