Include the institution, FDIC certificate or RSSD ID, reporting period, field or screen, source URL, and a concise description. Do not email passwords, API keys, connection strings, or confidential bank information.
Security reports
Use the subject “OptimaYield security report.” Describe the affected route and observed behavior without accessing or retaining other users' data.
Response expectations
This is a friends-and-family preview without a contractual support SLA. We prioritize security, data integrity, accessibility, and published correction requests.
