Corrections and institution challenges

Any institution or reader can challenge a displayed fact, identity link, posted-rate observation, or OptimaYield-derived metric and receive a durable tracking reference.

Submit a challenge

The structured form records the exact page, institution, disputed value, supporting evidence, and contact details. A public tracking page shows review events without exposing submitter information or private reviewer notes.

Do not submit passwords, account numbers, API keys, confidential supervisory information, or customer financial data.

Review and publication

OptimaYield preserves the displayed evidence snapshot, investigates the source and identity mapping, and records the disposition. Material unresolved disputes may be suppressed while reviewed. Accepted corrections update the affected output without deleting prior evidence.

Upstream posted rates

If a future posted rate originates from SwitchWize, OptimaYield remains the single challenge contact and records the audit trail. The institution never needs to identify which underlying system owns the observation.
